Born and raised locally, Cameron joined Smith & Grant in 1995 and became a partner in 1999 before becoming Senior Partner in 2001.

Formerly the Court Partner with responsibility for running the firm's litigation department, Cameron is now based in the main office in Leven High Street and deals principally with commercial and property matters, but also with compensation claims, separation, divorce, family law, licensing, wills and executries.

Also born and raised locally, Paul was recently promoted to became a partner in Smith & Grant and now heads the conveyancing department dealing with all types of residential and commercial sales, purchases and leases.

He brings a wealth of experience gained both locally and through his time working for large city firms in Edinburgh as well as the Registers of Scotland.

Fife born, Robert heads the Court Department. Formerly an Advocate, Robert has appeared in the House of Lords and High Court as well as Sheriff and local Courts.

His expertise extends from family law including Guardianship, through commercial litigation and employment law, personal injury and all aspects of criminal law.

He lectures on Social Work Law at the University of Dundee.

As a Solicitor-Advocate, Robert also enjoys the right to appear in the Court of Session in civil cases.

Alistair joined Smith & Grant in 1984 and heads the Wills and Executry Department which deals with the preparation of Wills and the winding up of Estates. He has a wealth of practical experience in all aspects of Executry law and can give guidance on the drafting of wills.

Heather runs the firm’s cashroom and is responsible for the administration of all the firm’s financial dealings including clients’ fees. She can help with any queries regarding financial matters.
